Grades of raw materials we use:
ADC 12
ADC12 provides resistance to cracking under heat and is perfect for components that enhance die-filling characteristics. We use it for its outstanding mechanical properties, and good machinability.
LM 24
At HAC, we use LM 24 for its excellent casting characteristics and is generally a little simpler to die cast than the high silicon containing aluminium alloys. It has strong versatility in its ability to form both thick and thin casting sections, with added benefits of pressure tightness.
LM 6
LM6 is a corrosion resistant aluminum casting alloy with average durability and strength, and with high impact strength and ductility. We employ LM 6 in general application components, electrical, intricate shaped castings and making cladded panels.
A 380
A380 aluminum holds a prominent position as the most specified die-casting alloy available. We use it for its excellent combination of strength, fluidity, and cost-effectiveness.
AlSi9Cu3(Fe)
AlSi9Cu3(Fe) is a medium-light alloy with high physical properties and good resistance to oxidation and corrosion. We use it in our fabrication of a wide variety of sophisticated machine and engine components, including cylinder heads, engine blocks, transmission housings, crankshafts, cylinders, and engine parts.
